How we measure
In and of themselves, the benefits of psychotherapy are priceless and their positive consequences—incontestable. But because we all tend to under-assess the value of something we receive for free, and also because the practice of psychotherapy is a job obtained after long and expensive training, and, ultimately, because it represents the meaning of subsistence of therapists, their services do have a price. The price usually varies according to the level and duration of the formation of the therapist and also based on their practical experience.
Individual therapy sessions
Individual therapy is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist—in a safe, caring, and confidential environment—to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.

Couples / family therapy sessions
Couples therapy is a process through which a couple (who may be engaged, dating, married, partnered—or sometimes even parent and child or other pairings) works with a trained therapist to identify specific areas of conflict and/or aspects of their relationship they would like to change, and then develops a plan of action to improve each individual’s satisfaction and contentment.
Family therapy is a type of psychotherapy designed to identify family patterns that contribute to a behavior disorder or mental illness and help family members break those habits. Family therapy involves discussion and problem-solving sessions with the family.

Individual counselling / coaching sessions
A coaching session is, in a similar way to a psychotherapy session, a face to face conversation. What makes a difference vs a psychotherapy discussion is its depth and the nature of the topics discussed. A coaching session is oriented towards day to day topics and daily challenges of a normal person. The result of a coaching process is represented by approachable changes in attititude and behavior, goal setting and prioritization, strengthening one’s will, improvement of the daily life factors etc. A coaching program is usually shorter than a psychotherapeutic process, because the topics of discussion are less profound.
